Materials and Parts
For materials and electrical components supplied by HARNATE CAPITAL LLC:
- Defective materials will be replaced at no additional cost
- Manufacturer warranties apply to all electrical components
- Custom-ordered materials may not be returnable
- Unused materials may be returned within 14 days with receipt
Service Call Policy
For service calls and diagnostic visits:
- Service call fees are non-refundable once technician arrives on-site
- Diagnostic fees may be waived if repair work is authorized

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
Warranty Coverage
